the way water moves...

... and the lines on your hand under a big magnifying glass. Not to mention magnadoodles, neato beetles and a Burmese python the size of... well probably 200 lbs. Paul, Andrew and I took in the Brooklyn Children's Museum on Saturday. I highly reccomend a visit to your local to all adults.

Paul and Andrew have recently made the list of my favorite people. I do have to agree with Andrew's very wise "Blue eyes rule!" observation. We both have blue eyes, thank you. Andrew also drew a picture of me, which also rules, and it made me take a long look at what my other friends have done for me lately....

Paul got me an awesome Jacques the Rockstar Dog:

What's for lunch?

The Waldorf-Astoria's Executive Chef John Doherty whipped up roast leg of lamb for our crew. I got to sample it after it was shot and carved, in the middle of the W-A kitchen which is as large as a city block.

    my yogurt epiphany

I hate plain yogurt. Plain yogurt is tangy and bland and icky. Give me peach or vanilla over plain.

    I thought.

I discovered this yogurt - Total Greek Yogurt - it tastes like cream!! It's almost like sour cream, but milder... and I eat it for breakfast every day now with summer fruit. YUM. And the fringe benefit: Just 7 oz of the stuff gives you 16g protein (only 130 calories), so you're not hungry for lunch just an hour after!! It's a miracle!!

We went to visit my great aunt, Daisy. We found her there, near Todd, PA, with Goober the dog and Bertha, the kitty.

But as we reunited, and walked around what I now call Yelping Frog Pond, we had a lovely time. We almost left Dad behind, he was hiding in the corn.
