In one day poking around Craigslist NYC I have furnished my apartment with all the big items I was planning on picking up at Ikea.
Craigslist total: $230 vs. Ikea retail: $476

I've resolved to use as much found or second-hand furniture as possible. The reasons are two-fold 1) It's the environmentally sensitive thing to do and 2) It's the cheap thing to do (I really want to buy that MacBook one day soon.)

Where the Wild Things Are

For Memorial Day Weekend Paul, Drew and I went camping at Assateague State Park, Maryland. Wild ponies make themselves at home, wandering through the campsites.
