transcendental dining and sake dreams
Charlie Borst, my friend from last November's API photo editing seminar blew into town so we went in search of good seafood and ended up at Sakagura
Sakagura offers about 230 kinds of sake and tapas-style dishes that are little tastes of heaven - the fatty tuna sashimi and the grilled eggplant with 3 different misos are HIGHLY reccommended by this eater.
After the first bottle of junmai ginjo, it seemed a good idea to have a glass of junmai daiginjo (best quality pure rice sake). The bottle was about $135 so we just splurged on a glass.
Then a stroll to check out the nearby UN - whoa, too much SAKE!
