or How to Photograph an Entire Cookbook in 2 hours.

This weekend's trip to Vegas was brought to you by the unearthly ability of Chef MacPherson to prep and plate 32 different dim sum dishes for the book Dim Sum Made Easy.

My head is still spinning. Though it may not have stopped since I learned that this 1 sq mile of resort employs about 9,000 people.

OR maybe it was the $85 box of souvenir Ferrari #2 pencils at the dealership. 40 pencils. Regular pencils.
