the 6th (or 5th?) annual biscotti festival

Alicia and Clara were sweet enough to nominate me for best newcomer for my anise & brandy biscotti - I was underwhelmed by my first attempt but I guess we're always our own harshest critic! Becky took Best Overall for her ginger/white chocolate creations. I voted for Tom's golden raisin and pistachio (very sconelike in texture) lemon zesty yum yums.
